Alexandria privacy policy
Updated
Anvil Studios operates Alexandria, a workspace for creator partnerships and creative performance. This policy explains how we handle account information and data from the Alexandria Sign-In app when you choose Google to sign in.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares a unique account identifier, your primary email address and its verification status, and basic profile information such as your name and profile picture with our authentication provider, Supabase. Alexandria uses your verified email and account identity to create or find your account, maintain your session, and match invitations and organisation membership. We use your name to identify you in the workspace. This sign-in permission does not give Alexandria access to Gmail, Drive files, or Google Ads.
Supabase stores your authentication record and issues session credentials. Alexandria stores your account reference, email address, name, and organisation membership in its database. Session cookies keep you signed in. People with the appropriate permissions in your organisation can see your workspace name, email, and membership. Our hosting and authentication providers process this information to run and secure the service.
How we limit use of Google data
We use Google sign-in data to provide and secure your account. When you invite someone to an organisation, their invitation can include your name. When you start a PostHog connection, we share your workspace name and email with Nango so it can associate the connection with your account. Google Drive and other optional connections ask for their own permissions in the workspace.
We do not sell Google sign-in data or use it for advertising or AI model training. We share it for the features described here or as required by law. Our use and transfer of information from the Alexandria Sign-In app follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and your choices
We keep account information while it is needed to operate your account and organisation records.
You can revoke Alexandria’s access in your Google Account connections. To ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your Alexandria data, email hello@anvilstudios.co. We may keep records as needed for security, legal obligations, and shared organisation history. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete your Alexandria account.
